TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “Scratch & Win” offer (“the offer”) provided by Raymond Limited (“Company”) across sale made in West Bengal & North Bengal Raymond authorised MBO stores (“Stores”).

The Offer shall be valid on purchase of Raymond Suiting Fabrics worth Rs. 2499/- (net of bill value) and above from the eligible stores.

The offer shall be valid only till stocks lasts between the period of 3rd September 2021 to 15th October 2021 (“Offer Period”) excluding public and bank holidays on the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
2. This Voucher entitles you to a digital offer reward booklet or merchandise valid in select cities of India.
3. The entitlement of the reward is subject to validation of the invoice submitted by the customer.
4. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Company and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
5. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
6. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
8. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
9. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above ("Customers"), except employees and family members of Company and its affiliate / associate and their distributors/retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, sales promoters and event management companies. Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
10. By participating in the offer, it would be deemed that the Customers have given permission to Company to contact them through call, SMS or email for the purpose of announcing them as winners and collect their contact details.
11. Company reserves its right to change/alter/modify any of the terms and conditions under this Offer at its sole discretion.
12. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
13. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
14. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice or invoice value.
15. The Promotion shall run on the select SKU of Raymond Products only.
16. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
17. TDS/Gift tax applicable on all gifts more than Rs. 10,000 will be payable by the winner. The winner will be required to submit all documents such as valid purchase invoice, Address Proof, ID Proof-PAN Card/Aadhar Card etc to claim their rewards. The winner will have to submit the applicable TDS / Gift Tax amount via Demand Draft in favour of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd within 7 days failing which the reward will be forfeited. Challan will be provided by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd after payment. The winning reward cannot be transferred or cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with another offer.
18. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
19. A maximum of one voucher can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill during the promotion period irrespective of purchase amount over and above Rs.2499.
20. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
21. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Raymond Limited cannot be held responsible for changes in voucher usage policies by the offer partners. In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value. This would complete our promotional obligations to you.
23. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
24. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
26. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate without any liabilities.
28. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
29. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
30. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
31. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and Company will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
32. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors and Company accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury.
33. Company does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the offer partner. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service. Raymond shall not be liable for delay in delivery gift for any reason what sever nature.
34. Company  shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. Standard manufacturer's warranty, if any, shall be applicable for all gifts/ prizes.
35. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
36. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
37. In the event a Winner has accepted to receive the Prize, then such shortlisted Winner will be required to send the following documents and collateral in order to be verified and received the Prize: a) Copy of Address proof (Electricity bill or Mobile Bill) b) Copy of PAN card is mandatory c) Copy of Aadhar Card is mandatory.

38. Once the winner is verified the merchandise will be dispatched to the winner within 21 business working days.

39. Offer Valid till stocks lasts or 15th October whichever is earlier.

Representation and Warranties by Customer:

1. Customer represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking availing the Offer, the Customer warrants that all information provided by the Customer regarding its name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete and that the Customer is authorized to provide such information and consents to the use of such information by Company for the purpose of this Offer only.
2. By participating in the Offer, each participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions c) that he/she shall honor all decisions of the Company with regard to the offer and its interpretation and not challenge them (d) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
3. Customer agrees that Company shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Offer or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
4. Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Company indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Customer.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with Company at all times and Company shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, business; marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to Customer. Customer shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify Company and its officers, directors, employees etc on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.
